Brief, no-nonsense info on how to calculate marketing ROI
I was impressed by the straightforwardness of Jim Bergeson’s article today on MarketingProfs.com called How to Measure Those Three Little Words: Return on Investment. It provides a refreshingly no-nonsense outline of marketing metrics and how to calculate all-important marketing ROI (return on investment).
